Elsa vive al suroccidente de la ciudad con su familia, a sus 65 años trabaja diariamente comercializando mercancías a crédito, ella tiene una experiencia de 24 años, e inició su actividad comercial cuando observó la necesidad de compra de mercancía a crédito, entre sus vecinos y amigos a quienes les resultaba difícil adquirir artículos de primera necesidad para su hogar; su ventas las realiza a crédito y sus compras de contado, en almacenes que le ofrecen los mejores precios. En la actualidad ha recibido 20 financiamientos, mediante el cual ha logrado construir un capital para su negocio, aumentando el volumen de clientes y otorgando los plazos que requieren para adquirir las mercanica que ella vende y poder fidelizarlos. En la actualidad está aplicando a un credikiva, con el cual comprará electrodomésticos, mecedoras y vajillas, las cuales han solicitado sus clientes en su actividad de preventa, que aun practica. Esta es la razón de éxito de su inversión, que la hace sobre las solicitudes de sus mejores compradores y porque conoce muy bien la plaza y el mercado que aborda en su diaria tarea.
