Nancy is a married woman from San Miguel, Bohol and is the mother of a seven year old daughter. She is engaged in farming and grows rice. She has been growing rice for 7 years.
She earns 3,000 PHP a month through farming. Her husband is a construction worker and helps finance the family's daily expenses. Nancy requested a loan of 10,000 PHP to buy fertilizer, pesticides and to pay laborers' wages. In the future, Nancy would like to invest in other ventures to support her family and save for the education of her child.
