Nally is 43 years old and lives in Montserrado County, in the capital city of Liberia; it is well known as the commercial city of Liberia. She is married and has two children, ages 11 and 15, and both of them are presently attending school. For the past five years Nally has been selling rice by the cup on a table in the local market. Her major problem is that the price of rice is very high. She is requesting a loan to purchase more rice by the bag for her business. She plans to live a better life and get a house for her children.
