Matanta is 27 years old, single and supports his mother. He has reared steers and heifers for fattening for the last 10 years, making a monthly income of 20,000 KES.
He has applied for his second loan of 40,000 KES from KADET Ltd. and he plans to purchase more heifers for fattening and to later resell at higher profits.
The anticipated profits will help get more land on lease for grazing. His future dreams are to build a residential house and for business success.
