Mwanajuma is a 41-years-old woman who has been operating a food stall for the past ten years. She is a woman of high integrity who has been a role model in her community. She is a mother of seven children. Mwanajuma is an enterprising woman who has the urge to move forward in life. The loan she is requesting is for Ksh 50,000 which she plans to use to buy utensils, renovate the business premise and add stocks of ingredients.

About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
