Her mother taught her this trade because she had the same type of business, so Fatima decided to start her own, which she has had for 27 years. Her biggest dream is to give her son a better quality of life and help him become a professional. To do this, she plans to invest more in her business.

Fátima del Rosario es una mujer de cincuenta y dos años de edad, es madre de un niño de once años quien actualmente cursa la escuela primaria, ella se dedica al destace de cerdos, elabora diferentes productos derivados del cerdo, como frito, pepena, vende los diferentes cortes de carne del cerdo, a la vez frutas y verduras, las ventas las realiza en su casa y de manera ambulante con ayuda de un carretón, esa ocupación la aprendió de su mamá quien tenía el mismo tipo de negocio y así decidió iniciar el suyo, esto ya hace veintisiete años, su mayor sueño es brindarle una mejor condición de vida a su pequeño hijo y formarlo como un profesional, para ello tiene ideado invertir más en su negocio.
