Ferat, age 52, lives with his wife and four children in the southern part of Kosovo. He has more than three years of experience planting fruit trees and selling fruit. Ferat is very charismatic and he feels that his business is going well because his customers are very satisfied. He started planting only apples and now he also plants plums and other fruits. Ferat needs a loan to pay for fences in the place where he plants. The loan will help him to increase his business even more.
He also hopes in the future to own a large parcel of land to grow more, enabling him to improve the quality of life for his family and educate his children. Ferat is very happy and grateful with the loan from Kiva lenders because he can plant and sell more fruit.
