El Banco Comunal 30 de Agosto se reúne en la parroquia Picoaza de la ciudad de Portoviejo. Lugar conocido por ser una zona muy comercial, por sus fiestas tradicionales de San Pedro y San Pablo y por la alegría de su gente.

En este lugar vive la señora Rosa. Tiene 39 años de edad, mantiene una relación de unión libre de la cual tiene tres hijos de 15, 12 y 10 años, los dos mayores estudian en colegio y el menor en escuela. Su marido es chofer particular.

Doña Rosa es una mujer muy independiente que le gusta valerse por sí misma y así obtener sus propios ingresos, para ello se dedica a la venta de todo tipo de ropa, su forma de venta es bajo pedido, tiene muchos clientes que le piden sus productos ya que les da facilidades de pago, ella cobra los fines de semana lo cual es una ventaja ya que al cobrar realiza nuevas ventas. Trabaja los fines de semana casi todo el día con la ayuda de su esposo. La mercadería va a comprar una vez al mes a Guayaquil ya que allá hay más variedad de productos.

Este crédito lo va a utilizar para comprar ropa de damas y caballeros. Esta desde el inicio en el Banco Comunal y le gusta por la ayuda que siempre le dan con los créditos.

Su sueño es comprar un carro para realizar sus ventas.
