Он берёт на работу наемных рабочих в период посева и сбора урожая, тем самым предоставляя работу односельчанам. Более того в бизнесе задействована вся семья и родители Владимира. Этим видом деятельности он занимается уже 15 лет.
Владимир с огромным удовольствием занимается этим бизнесом. Сумму в 10 000 гривен он планирует вложить в подготовку к новому фермерскому сезону, а именно приобрести семена цветов, пленку на теплицу и удобрения для земли. В будущем Владимир планирует достроить собственный дом, в котором живет с женой и 2 детьми.
