Medi is 35 years old, married, with three children, two of whom attend school. He also takes care of his grandmother and two children of his late brother. He stays with them and provides them with all the necessary requirements.
Medi rents a small shop in town where he sells ladies shoes and he has been operating this business for the last five years. He started this business because he had to look after his family since he was solely responsible for catering for the entire family as the wife had no job that would raise supplemental income. However, with hard work, Medi was able to save part of his little profits and start a small business for his wife, selling charcoal at home, in the garage.
Since he realized it was not easy to look after the family alone, Medi, therefore, wants a loan to boost his shoe business and to invest part of the loan in the wife’s business.
Medi has a dream of seeing his children and dependents growing up in a better home where every basic need is provided for. He faces challenges of high rent costs and competition from cheap shoe-sellers.
