Joy is 28 years old and lives in Voi with her husband, Ramadhan, a surveyor. They have not been blessed with a child yet. She considers herself a simple, respectful and hardworking person.
Joy has sold clothes for the past two years, and she has established a good customer base. The loan she is currently seeking is for the purchase of clothing that she can sell, and increase her income.
Her dream is to grow her business, have her own home, and save for her anticipated children so that they can have a better education in the future.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
