Maruf is a cheerful young man of 27. He lives in a small village and has a wife and one child. His wife takes care of the family's household. Since 2004, Maruf has been engaged in buying and selling cattle, which he keeps at home. He is a painter by trade, but his employment income is not sufficient even for basic subsistence. For this reason, Maruf also raises cattle and tries to develop this business.

Presently, Maruf has run out of animal fodder and has no funds to purchase more. He plans to use this loan to buy several bags of animal feed. He would like to fatten the animals until spring and then sell them at a profit. Maruf thanks MDO Arvand, LLC for their help and support.
