Anci is a 59-year-old widow. She had two sons: one lives in another region and the other one has died. Since the death of her son, Anci takes care of her grandchildren, Yoan and William, and Ririn. The children are at school.

Anci has been running a poultry business for 10 years, starting before her husband died five years ago. She is thankful that this business enables her to finance her grandchildren's needs. Anci and her late husband initiated the business by breeding about 300 to 500 chicks but, since he died, Anci can only breed 200 chicks. Currently, Anci intends to buy 300 chicks to breed but she does not have enough money to do so. In order to improve her business, Anci requested a loan from TLM of 4,500,000 Indonesian rupiah to purchase three packages of chicks to raise and fodder.
