John, aged 33, is a married man living in Kyenjojo, Uganda. He is a farmer and also trades in coffee. With the proceeds, he has been able to start a poultry project. He dreams of educating his children up to the University, building a permanent house and buying a car or motorcycle to help him in transportation of goods from one market to the other. John intends to use the loan to buy coffee to sell.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
