Isman
Isman was born to a simple family of farmers in the city of Osh. He completed school and became a meteorologist. Isman has six children - three sons and three daughters. Four of his six children are grown and work in various fields, while two of his children are still in school.

In 1999, Isman's family decided to start a farm. Thus, they began breeding cattle. Hard work and tireless effort helped Isman develop his business. His 8,000 som monthly profit from the business allowed him to educate his children and pay for his family's daily expenses.

Isman's youngest children are currently living with him. Together with their mother, his children help him with the farm. Today Isman owns 54 heads of sheep and goats.

With the goal of increasing his overall head of sheep and goats, Isman turned to Bai Tushum and Partners for a 100,000 som loan. Isman dreams of one day marrying his son and helping him build a home. In the future, he would like to give his youngest children a university education.

Исман родился в городе ОШ (южная часть Кыргызстана) в простой семье фермера. Окончил школу и получил профессию метеоролога. Исман отец 6 детей – 3 сыновей и 3 дочек. Четверо из 6 детей взрослые и занимаются разными делами. 2 Детей школьники. В 199 году, семья Исмана решает завести хозяйство, таким образом положив начало бизнесу в разведении скота. Полная отдача сил и неустанный труд помогли Исману развить свой бизнес, доходы от которого в сумме около 8,000 сом (KGS)ежемесячно позволили обучать детей и оплачивать ежедневные затраты семьи. В данное время с ней проживает ее младший дети, они вместе с матерью помогает отцу по хозяйству. На сегодняшний день в хозяйстве Исмана имеется 54 голов МРС. В целях увеличения поголовья скота, Исман обратился в компанию «Бай-Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS). Исман мечтает со временем женить сына и помочь ему построить дом. В будущем хочет обучить младших детей в университетах.
