Five members in Chrok Kov Village in Kampong Chhnang Province have formed a group loan. Mrs. Yong L. is the group leader and she is a farmer who grows only vegetables. Her business now is improved so at this time, Mrs. Yong L. wishes to expand her business.

Thus, she is asking for a loan to purchase more watermelon seeds to cultivate on her field. Her husband, Mr. Soy Sok, is a subsistence farmer and woodman. Mrs. Yong L. is 42 years old and the mother of three children; one of whom is attending a local school while the two others stay at home because they are too young.
