Osman desde muy joven se ha dedicado a la agricultura realizando trabajos de jornalero. Lleva aproximadamente 30 años de experiencia. El compra y vende vacas, cerdos y fruta de palma africana de donde sacan el aceite. Le ha ido muy bien con esta actividad. Ha invertido varios prestamos con ODEF, actualmente esta solicitando el quinto ciclo, con un préstamo de 20,000 Lempiras, con el cual va comprar ganado, cerdos para vender y compra y venta de fruta de palma africana. Su mayor ingreso lo obtiene de la venta de ganado. Su sueño es seguir ayudando a sus hijos con el estudio y comprar una parcela más de tierra para construir su casa.
