Rosibel lives in the urban part of Condega, 35 km north of Estelí, the administrative center of the department. She has lived there for more than 20 years and is happily married.

She works as a teacher in a school for children with special needs located in the municipality of Condega. She has been working there for 22 years, and works from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. In the afternoons, she plans her classes. Her husband works in construction in the same municipality and also works full-time.

She came to the Ceprodel offices to request a loan to be able to buy construction supplies such as cement and bricks, and to pay labor costs to be able to make improvements to her home. Her monthly income is not enough to be able to make this investment by her own means and at this precise moment. She hopes to be able to improve the physical condition of her house and to be able to offer her family a nicer and more presentable home.

El señora Rosibel reside en el casco urbano de Condega a unos 35 km al norte de la cabecera departamental de Estelí, ella reside desde hace mas de veinte años aproximadamente y esta felizmente casada.

Ella se desempeña como maestra en la escuela especial para niños con capacidades diferentes ubicada en el municipio de Condega desde hace unos 22 años de manera continua, donde labora de lunes a viernes desde las 7 am hasta la 1 pm y por la tarde planea su próxima clase, su esposo se desempeña como constructor en este mismo municipio y también desempeña su labor a diario

se presenta a las oficinas Ceprodel a solicitar de su financiamiento con este crédito ella podrá realizar las compras de algunos materiales de construcción tales como cemento y ladrillos y pagar la mano de obre de la mejora que le realizara a su casa de habitación, ya que sus ingresos mensuales no son suficiente como para poder realizar la inversión con esfuerzos propios y en el momento preciso. De esta manera ella piensa ir mejorando las condiciones físicas de su casa y darle un hogar más bonito y presentable a su familia.
