Racheal is a 40-year-old married woman with four children living in Kasese, Uganda. She has been a primary teacher for fourteen years, works five days a week and nine hours a day, and sells fish to earn extra income. Her inspiration for the profession is derived from the fact that she is employed by the government and is assured of a pension at retirement. She desires to upgrade in her studies and educate her children while her business plan is to own a refrigerated van that can supply fish to different markets. Racheal intends to use the loan to pay school fees for her children.
