Asha lives in the rural area of Msambweni with her two adult children. She is a widowed mother who, despite the adversities she is passing through, has the motivation to get ahead. Asha's financial source is selling coconuts, a business she has been into for the past two years. She has applied for the loan to purchase more coconuts to sell. She plans to increase the turnover in her trade business gradually. This will raise her income, which she will use to improve her living conditions.
