Manuelita, de 28 años de edad, es una mujer trabajadora y empeñosa, además de muy amable y cordial, es conviviente con Enos quien es agricultor, con quien tiene 02 hijos de 11 y 4 años de edad a los que quiere mucho, habitando cómodamente su casa propia. La actividad que realiza Manuelita es la venta de bebidas gaseosas y parrilladas en su propia casa, con lo cual se ahorra para seguir invirtiendo. Cada día se instala en el frontis de su casa donde ponen una mesa todos los fines de semana y venden sus parrilladas, logrando tener una buena acogida entres sus clientes. Lleva realizando estas actividades con el apoyo de su conviviente quien la ayuda en su tiempo libre desde hace 06 años.
Le gusta su negocio pues le genera los ingresos económicos que necesita para pagar sus gastos de su hogar. Se inició con temor pero con el tiempo se dio cuenta que su actividad era muy acogida por la gente entonces decidió continuar. Por lo contrario comenta que no le gusta por que han tenido momentos bajos pero eso no la desanima y desea continuar trabajando, y mantener su negocio ya que le ha traído muchas satisfacciones económicas y personales.
