Gocha is 42 years old. He lives in Chiatura, in the village of Kartskhi with his wife and two infant children. Gocha and his wife run an agricultural farm in the village. They have a vineyard and a plot of agricultural land where various fruits and vegetables are grown. After the harvest season, the fruits and vegetables are sold to the retailers. In addition, they are involved in the animal husbandry business and have a milk cow and nine sheep. Along with the above-mentioned business, Gocha is a shoemaker. When he has orders from the villagers, he repairs shoes and gets additional income. With the requested loan, Gocha will purchase a milk cow. He plans to produce more Georgian cheese and sell it on the market. It will increase the income of the family. Gocha and his wife hope that the cheese production will allow them to save for an improvement in living conditions.
