With much effort and savings, Roberto managed to buy a mototaxi that he works with as a driver. He works about 10 hours daily and can take care of up to 25 customers per day. Roberto also has a small charcoal business; he sells it to restaurants that prepare charcoal grilled chicken. He believes that he’s getting ahead in his work because he’s very responsible and very much wants to get ahead.
Roberto is very grateful to Kiva lenders because thanks to the support they've given him he will be able to service his mototaxi. With this improvement he will be able to continue working and supporting his family and above all make his greatest dream reality: to own a house.
Con mucho esfuerzo y ahorro Roberto logro comprar una mototaxi, en la cual trabaja como chofer, el trabaja alrededor de 10 horas al día y puede atender hasta 25 clientes diariamente, asimismo Roberto tiene un pequeño negocio de venta de carbón, el cual ofrece a los restaurantes que preparan pollos a la brasa; él cree que está saliendo adelante en su trabajo porque es muy responsable y tiene muchas ganas de salir adelante.
Roberto está muy agradecido con los prestatarios Kiva ya que gracias a la ayuda que le han brindado el podrá realizar un mantenimiento general a su mototaxi, así con esta mejora podrá seguir trabajando y llevando el sustento para su familia y sobre todo luchar por hacer realidad su más grande sueño:” Tener su casa propia”.
