Nenita, 58, is from Pingcol, Ozamiz City. She is a widow and has three children. To earn a living, Nenita operates a tailoring business, providing general alterations and tailoring services. Nenita been in this business for three years and earns 3,500 PHP per month from the business. In 2012, Nenita joined GDMPC. Nenita is requesting a loan of 3,000 PHP, which will be used to purchase additional fabrics and materials. She plans to use any additional revenue generated from the business as a result of the loan to improve the general living conditions of her family.

Today, it has over 15,000 members located in upland, lowland and coastal regions of the Philippines, and offers credit, savings, education, and various social services.
