Gladiz is a retired teacher. Since her income from her pension is not sufficient in Bolivia, she works in selling cosmetics and perfumes.


Her residence in located in the north part of La Paz.


This is the third time that she is requesting a loan at Impro, these loan proceeds will be used to purchase merchandise (cosmetics and perfumes).


Her work, but above all her desire to succeed allow her to qualify for this loan. She is a born fighter, with the goal of improving the quality of her life with the help that we can provide.

Gladiz es jubilada del magisterio, como sus ingresos por jubilación no son los suficientes en Bolivia, se dedica a la comercialización de cosméticos y perfumes.


Su domicilio se encuentra ubicado en la zona Norte de la ciudad de La Paz.


Es la tercera vez que solicita un crédito en Impro, el crédito será destinado para la compra de mercadería (cosméticos, perfumes)


Su trabajo, pero sobre todo, las ganas de superación de Amanda permiten acceder a este crédito ya que es una mujer luchadora cuyo objetivo es mejorar su calidad vida con la ayuda que le brindaremos.

About IMPRO

IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.

To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
