Roberto is a hard-working and responsible person. He lives with his wife; she makes tamales to sell. He also lives with his little granddaughter, who is completely dependent upon them.

Roberto works selling firewood at his house and in an itinerant manner. This is very hard work because he needs to transport the firewood himself. This is a quite stable business, which has allowed him to get ahead, raise his children, support his household and now his granddaughter.

He wishes to greatly improve the business. Roberto is requesting a loan from Integral to invest in buying greater quantities of firewood. This way he will tend to more customers, which leaves him with more income. This is very helpful for his family.
