Andrea De Las Ángeles
Andrea de los Angeles lives in Rosa del Peñón, a small town interested in sustainable agricultural practices.

She is a single mother with three children, all of whom attend school. With great difficulty because she earns so little, Andrea manages to pay for their school expenses. Her dream is to live in a better home so her children have somewhere decent to live. So she approached Ceprodel and Kiva as they help people like her.

As her greatest need is to make improvements to her house, Andrea is seeking a loan to buy cement and sand so that the walls of the house can be repaired. They were greatly damaged by severe weather.

Andrea thanks the all-powerful God for Kiva and Ceprodel since they have responded to her dream of money to pay for a better house to live in.

About Housing Loans

Many poor families cannot afford housing that meets their needs. When you make a housing loan on Kiva, you give people access to flexible capital to obtain or improve their homes. Better housing means better health, sanitation, and even educational outcomes for children. A house can also be much more for entrepreneurs who run businesses out of their homes. In this way, housing and small business loans on Kiva share a common purpose: to alleviate poverty and enable families to enjoy more stable lives.
