Don Juan, realiza su actividad laboral dentro del transporte urbano de pasajeros, todos los días cumple un horario de trabajo, a pesar que él es su propio jefe, trabaja desde las 8:00 de la mañana, para poder ir a almorzar junto a su familia a medio día, y posteriormente retornar a las calles conduciendo su vehículo que es su principal herramienta de trabajo, la cual le permite generar sus ingresos día a día. El vive con su madre, su hija y 2 nietos pequeños, su hija es quien atiende todo lo relacionado a la casa, y Don Juan es la figura paterna para sus nietos. Con el día a día el vehículo tiene algún desgaste en el motor, por lo que necesita el crédito para poder comprar otro y además cambiar las llantas. Don Juan está seguro que con este cambio su vehículo podrá acompañarlo por muchos años más, para así tener un ingreso seguro todos los días lo cual le permite llevar el pan de cada día a su casa.
