La señora Gladys Lopera Cruz, su esposo (Rogelio Conde) y sus tres hijos viven en casa de sus padres en la zona de Pasankeri de la Ciudad de La Paz. Gladys es empleada domestica en un domicilio particular y su esposo trabaja en una mina que se encuentra en departamento paceño.

Los padres de Gladys otorgaron al matrimonio parte de la propiedad para que construyeran su vivienda, misma que cuenta con dos habitaciones construidas con anteriores créditos.

Con el préstamo actual, Gladys planea construir una habitación nueva de ladrillo.
