Nelson es un hombre que el tema educación lo lleva en la sangre, por vocación eligió en sus estudios universitarios una carrera a fines, actualmente se desempeña como maestro de educación secundaria en un colegio del departamento de león, con 29 años de laborar, es soltero sin hijos a su cargo, este señor tiene una necesidad de mejorar su vivienda, tomando la decisión de visitar las oficinas de ceprodel para solicitar un financiamiento, ya que el mismo lo utilizara en la compra de hierro 3/8, cemento, ½ metro de piedrín, arena, alambre, clavos, tablas de 5 varas, alfajillas hierro, zinc y mano de obra, para efectuar cambio de pilares y mejorar el techo los que están en mal estado, dichos esfuerzos los está realizando para tener mejores condiciones y nivel de vida.
