Melvin is a simple business owner in the village of Lallo. He supports his family through retailing motor parts and spare parts for vehicles. With over 10 years in this activity, he is doing his best to develop his business, especially increasing his income. Now, he is seeking additional working capital in the amount of PHP 30,000 to purchase a variety of spare parts such as rims and tires.
