Hasangulu, 58, is a married man with one infant. Because of a lack of money, he has started working in agriculture. He raises and sells cattle, milk products and clover. His wife receives a pension. However, the income they earn is not enough, and he needs more support to cover his family's needs.
Hasangulu is requesting a loan of AZN 1600 to cover the costs of purchasing sheep and expanding and improving the herd's condition. The main challenge he faces is the lack of water on his land.
