María Beatriz
María has been a member of the Cochapamba communal bank for seven years, through which she has strengthened her friendships with all her fellow members from the communal bank. María lives in the parish of Valle in Cuenca, a place where the people make their living in agriculture and rearing animals, they are a friendly and courteous people who still maintain their culture and traditions.

María is 52 years old, she is married and as a result of her marriage she has 10 children, 6 of whom are married and live independently. One of her daughters works for her upkeep and three are studying, two at secondary school and one at the local school. Her husband works as a driver and offers his services on a freelance basis. The home in which they live is their own.

To help with her family's finances, María sells cheese, an activity which she has been performing for 20 years. Maria goes out to sell 4 days a week without a fixed timetable. At home, María spends her time rearing cattle and pigs, as well as in agriculture, the harvest of which is for her family's consumption only.

María will invest this new loan in the purchase of cheese to continue with her business. María's dream is that her children become upstanding professionals.

La Señora María es socia del banco comunal Cochapamba desde hace 7 años, en el cual ha estrechado sus lasos de amistad con todas sus compañeras del banco comunal, vive en la parroquia del Valle en Cuenca lugar en donde su gente se dedica a la agricultura y crianza de animales, son personas amables, gentiles y aun mantienen su cultura y tradiciones.

Doña María tiene 52 años, es casada y fruto de su unión conyugal ha concebido 10 hijos, 6 de ellos son casados y viven independientes, una de sus hijas trabaja para sus gastos y tres están estudiando dos en el colegio y uno en la escuela de la localidad. Su esposo es de profesión chofer y presta sus servicios de manera independiente, la casa en la que viven es propia.

La Señora María para ayudar a la economía de su hogar se dedica a la venta de quesos, esta actividad la desempeña desde hace 20 años, sale a vender 4 días de la semana sin horario fijo. En su casa se dedica a la cría de ganado y cerdos y también a la agricultura, lo que cosecha es solo pare el consumo de su hogar.

Su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de quesos para continuar con su negocio.

Su sueño es que sus hijos lleguen a ser buenos profesionales.
