Miguel Angel
Miguel is a young man of 20. He lives in the city of Chincha, which is known for having a very warm and inviting climate. Similarly, its people are very happy and above all very generous and kind. Miguel lives with his parents, whom he loves very much and helps with the household expenses. When he has free time, Miguel likes to listen to music, and sometimes he likes to eat one of his favorite dishes, which is the very delicious rice with duck. Because of his few economic resources, Miguel was only able to study through the fifth year of secondary education, but he very much would have liked to study for a career in business administration.

Every day Miguel gets up very early to be able to arrive at work, since he works as an employee at an artichoke plantation. He works about 12 hours a day, and he believes that his work is going well for him because he is responsible and above all because he has a great will to advance.

Miguel is very grateful to the Kiva lenders, since thanks to the great help that they have offered him, he will be able to make improvements in his home, such as mending the cracked walls and being able to repair the roof of the house, since the rainy season is coming. In this way he will be able to offer a better quality of life to his family and continue working to see his greatest dream made a reality: to have his own business.
