Lorena de 24 años de edad vive al sur de la ciudad de Barranquilla, con su cónyuge y sus 3 hijos en las edades de 2 a 8 años. Allí tienen su propio negocio, a través del cual vende artículos de fantasía, gafas, bisutería etc. Actividad en la que tiene 4 años de experiencia y que fue iniciada por su cónyuge y que ella ha ido mejorando el negocio poco a poco, hasta lograr tener su local propio. Sus ventas las realiza de contado, con una frecuencia diaria trabajando 12 horas cada día. Sus principales clientes son transeúntes, vecinos y referidos, que se han convertido en sus clientes fijos. En la actualidad está aplicando a un credikiva, primer financiamiento que hace a la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, con el cual comprará al por mayor y de contado juguetería, pues se acerca la temporada navideña y sus ventas en estos artículos se incrementan y ella aprovechará la demanda, que ocurre justamente a final de año y que hacen de su credikiva una inversión exitosa que aumenta sus ingresos .
