Oscar es un hombre de 55 años, es soltero, vive en la ciudad de Chincha con su madre, a quien quiere mucho y agradece todo su apoyo; él es una persona muy amable, trabajador y entusiasta, que dedica todos sus esfuerzos por salir adelante, lamentablemente y por la necesidad de trabajar desde muy joven, Oscar no pudo estudiar la carrera profesional de Veterinaria que deseaba, pero le hubiera gustado mucho poder hacerlo, en sus ratos libres le gusta ver noticieros por televisión y en algunas ocasiones cocina una riquísima Carapulcra con Sopa Seca para compartir con su familia.
Por iniciativa propia, con mucho empeño y dedicación, Oscar trabaja en su pequeño negocio de venta de golosinas, el realiza sus ventas en diversos distritos de su ciudad y puede trabajar por un aproximado de 8 horas diarias, el se siente a gusto realizando su labor y cree que le va bien por el trato amable que brinda a sus clientes.
Oscar se encuentra muy agradecido con los prestamistas, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá realizar la compra de panetones y champan, ya que al acercarse la época navideña, adicionalmente desea vender estos productos, así pues él seguirá trabajando y esforzándose para poco a poco mejorar su vivienda y así lograr su gran sueño de brindarle una buena calidad de vida a su madre.
