Mr. Gantumur, 27 years old, lives with his wife in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. His wife works as a media person in a private company. He rents counter in a superstore and has been running his business for four years. His business includes selling goods such as books, pencils, picture frames and computer components and he also repairs damaged photos.
Now his wife is pregnant and is on maternity leave. So he is in urgent need of an automobile because a pregnant person needs comfort and care. So he is requesting a loan of 6,000,000 MNT to purchase an automobile which is powered by an electric motor. This kind of electric car emits less smoke and produces harmless pollution through the tailpipe from the on-board source of power, such as particulates, volatile organic compounds, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, ozone, lead, and various oxides of nitrogen. As a result he can carry his wife to her destination safely and contribute to the efforts against air pollution.
