It’s made up of ten members and directed by a board of directors where Lidia serves as the president. The members are involved in different businesses, such as cheese sales, milk sales, broasted chicken, and driver.

The is loan will benefit the small businesses, including Lidia, who has been with Pro Mujer for three years, having joined on the invitation of an advisor who visited her her home. She sells milk and inherited this business from her parents.

This loan will allow her to buy cattle from the surrounding communities, raise them, and sell them on order from El Alto. This type of work will allow her to earn income to support her household. She is married and has a son.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she says that she likes the attention.

La A.C. “LAS ROSAS DEL TOLAR” iniciará el tercer ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Patacamaya, está compuesta por diez integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Lidia es la presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: venta de queso, venta de leche, venta de pollo a ala brosthes, chofer.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias con distintos rubros, donde la señora Lidia es parte integrante, ella indica que hace tres años que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación del asesor de la institución que fue a visitarla a su casa. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de leche, da a conocer que este negocio lo heredó de sus papás ya que siempre trabajaron en estos negocios.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de ganado vacuno) que adquirirá de las comunidades aledañas, por mayor, y posteriormente a la crianza lo comercializará a pedido en la Ciudad de El Alto. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar en lo posible a su hogar pues ella es casada y tiene un hijo.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta la atención.

En la fotografía no se encuentran Luisa y Jorge, ya que tuvieron que ir al recojo de sus ganados.
