Joissy es una joven de 22 años de edad, madre soltera de un hijo, trabaja como despachadora en una farmacia, con el apoyo de su familia paga la universidad ya que su salario es muy bajo y con dificultad le ajusta para los gastos de su pequeño, ella cursa la carrera de Química y Farmacia, está en la última etapa de su profesión por lo que tiene que entrar al curso de graduación lo cual es bastante alto el costo que ella no lo puede cubrir de un solo pago por esta razón Joissy solicita apoyo de crédito para poder pagar este curso que es muy importante para ella ya que con este logro, podrá obtener un mejor empleo y ayudar para el desarrollo de su hijo.
