Lenin
Lenin is 40 years old and has 20 years of experience as a mechanic. He managed to open his own auto mechanic shop, where he has now worked for six years. He works from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. He began selling soft drinks for his clients to consume while their cars are being serviced.

His goal of increasing sales and improving the living conditions of his family motivates him every day. Therefore, he is searching for sources of financing to achieve growth more quickly than he could with his own resources. He is applying for a Kiva loan, which will be his first with the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation. He will use this loan to buy soft drinks in larger quantities, because his refreshment sales are rising due to an increased demand for his mechanic services.

With this investment, he will increase his working capital and thereby his earnings, which he will contribute to his home. His family is composed of his wife and two children, ages 20 and 22. He dreams of seeing his children become successful in the future.
