Yudieth Evelina is a 35-year-old married woman with three children aged 6, 12 and 14. Only her youngest child is in school.
She is the owner of a small business that sells food and drinks at the bus terminal. She prepares these items in her home. She started this business with her husband, using some savings that they had. He has always supported her.
She intends to finish building her house, since there are some tasks that still need to be completed. She plans to stock her business so that she can gain new customers.
Yudieth has managed little by little to build her business. She is seeking a loan so that she can buy a set of plastic tables and chairs and also buy ingredients so that she can prepare her food items.

Additionally, Fundación Leon manages several business and financial education programs in the community, specifically for young entrepreneurs and at-risk youth. Fundación Leon 2000’s group of experienced and dedicated employees works in 7 offices in Leon, Chinandega, Chichigalpa, Somotillo, Jinotepe, El Sauce, and Nagarote and serves several thousand clients (the majority of whom are women).
