Yosia is a 72-year-old, married man with ten children, living in Kasese, Uganda. Fifty years ago, he decided to venture into the cattle trade. It is with the proceeds that he has been able to educate his children and buy land for farming. He started with local breeds and later bought exotic breeds which give him 50 liters of milk per day. He also sells off the old cows. Price fluctuations hinder his business, while his goal is to own a big ranch.
Yosia intends to use the loan to buy cows to sell.
