Juan is single, and he has no children. He lives in a rented house, occupying one room. The house is located in the Miraflores area of the city of La Paz.
The loan that he needs is to buy a laptop because it will be a great help to him in his work. He works as an employee for over eight hours a day for a private company in the city of La Paz. With what he earns he must cover expenses for food, rent, and basic services.
Juan’s dream is to rent a house by ‘anticrético’ [transaction whereby a property owner requests a "loan" from you in exchange for housing, which must be paid back to you at the end of your contract. El crédito lo requiere para la compra de una Lap top, ya que le será de mucha ayuda en su trabajo, ya que el trabaja como empleado en una empresa privada de la ciudad de La Paz por más de ocho horas al día y con lo que gana debe cubrir los gastos de alimentación, pago de alquiler y pago de servicios básicos.
El sueño de Juan, es alquilar una casa en anticrético para tener más comodidad y mejorar su calidad de vida.
