Luisa de 39 años de edad, vive junto a su hija de 7 años de edad, en casa alquilada, a pesar que no vive junto a su esposo, él le brinda ayuda económica para sostener a su hija. Luisa se dedica a la elaboración de pan dulce como: tortas, magdalenas y otros más, ella se dedica a elaborar el pan desde hace 3 años atrás con lo que ha podido salir adelante. Luisa comercializa sus productos en un mercado de su lugar de habitación donde posee muchos clientes fijos quienes cada tarde gustan de una porción de pan acompañado de una taza de café. Luisa solicita un préstamo a INTEGRAL, por medio del cual pueda contar con los recursos necesarios para invertir en la compra de harina, manteca, polvo de hornear, moldes y otros más con los cuales pueda realizar mayor cantidad de pan y así mejorar sus ventas.
