Christian is 22 years old and the group’s president. He lives with his wife in the rural Cusubamba parish of the city of Cayambe. Christian is known for being charismatic, happy, hardworking, enterprising, and with a great desire to get ahead and provide the best for his wife.
He is asking for a loan through Fodemi so that he can buy shirts and black sweatshirts that he can mark with police insignia and sell them to the GEMA antidrug squad of the Ecuadorian police. He has had this business for more than two years and it has provided excellent results and he has managed to improve his family’s quality of life.
Christian wants to achieve his dream of his wife making shirts and sweatshirts and for his family to have a small business, selling clothing to police forces.

Christian tiene cumplir su sueño de que su esposa confeccione las camisas y buzos y el las borde y juntos como familia tener una microempresa de venta de ropa para las fuerzas policiales.

This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
Kiva's Field Partners typically feature one borrower from a group. The loan description, sector, and other attributes for a group loan profile are determined by the featured borrower's loan. The other members of the group are not required to use their loans for the same purpose.
