Edison José
Edison is 42 years old. He lives with his spouse and is a father to five children who are between the ages of 12 and 17 years old. He dreams of seeing them become successful professionals, so he works with great care, dedication, and discipline at his own restaurant to achieve that. He took advantage of the fact that employees at businesses in the financial sector, located nearby, had nowhere to eat lunch. His decision to expand his income became an opportunity to make his business meet the needs of the market.

At the beginning, he prepared and sold lunches and later added breakfast and snacks. He accepts cash and part of his sales are on credit. He studies his customers well to collect what they owe.

He is requesting a Kiva loan to purchase primary materials and ingredients in larger volumes at commercial stores that offer special prices for this type of purchase. His goal is to increase his number of customers in order to increase his income. This will help him offer his children a quality education, which is his greatest challenge.
