MARIATOU est né en 1979 à MANDELA/SIKASSO. Elle vie chez son époux à Mandela (troisième région administrative de la république du Mali).
Elle mène une activité d'achat et de vente de poissons depuis maintenant 2 ans. Son expérience dans ce domaine, lui a valu une bonne réputation et reçoit des commandes de divers clients. Ainsi pour avoir les ressources nécessaires afin de satisfaire ces clients, elle a décidé de collaborer avec Soro Yiriwaso, avec qui elle est en relation depuis 2011 et tous les prêts précédents ont été correctement remboursés.
Ce nouveau prêt lui permettra l’achat et la revente de 5 cartons de poissons frais par jour. Il s’agit des poissons venant de la Côte d’Ivoire. Elle s’approvisionne au marché de Sikasso. Les ventes sont faites à Mandela chez elle et au marché du village. Sa clientèle est composée d’hommes et de femmes du village et environnant.
Avec ce prêt, elle envisage réaliser un bénéfice mensuel moyen de 20.000 FCFA par mois. Ce bénéfice lui permettra de payer les intérêts de son prêt et investir le reste dans son activité.
