In this Group: Aoua , Sanata , Bougoula , Diarra
The four members of the Sabali group are primarily married women with an average age of 37 years and have an average of five children. They live mostly in monogamous families in Hamdallaye, one of the popular districts in the city of Sikasso. This is their second loan with the microfinance institution Soro Yiriwaso. They hope to use this loan to satisfy the needs of their clientele.

Aoua is a merchant in the shoe trade for this group of women. She is shown on the far left in the photo. Aoua intends to use her loan to purchase 150 pairs of plastic shoes. She sells them both from her home and at retail in the market of Hamdallaye. Aoua expects to earn an average monthly income of 20,500 FCFA. Part of this she will use to repay her loan and its interest, and the rest she will put into her savings.

Les quatre membres du groupe SABALI sont essentiellement de femmes mariées avec une moyenne d’âge de 37 ans, et ont en moyenne 5 enfants. Elles vivent la plupart dans des familles monogames à HAMDALLAYE un des quartiers populaires de la ville de Sikasso.
Elles sont à leur 2ème prêt avec l’institution de microfinance Soro Yiriwaso dans le souci de satisfaire le besoin de leur clientèle.
AOUA fait le commerce de chaussures dans ce groupe de femmes. Elle se tient en première position de la gauche vers la droite.
Elle compte acheter avec son prêt 150 paires de chaussures en plastique qu’elle revend en détail sur place et au marché de Hamdallaye.
Elle envisage réaliser un bénéfice mensuel moyen de 20 500 FCFA dont une partie est utilisée pour payer le prêt et son intérêt et l’autre pour son épargne .

Soro Yiriwaso is a microfinance institution that works primarily in rural and semi-urban areas of Mali to provide underprivileged communities with access to financial services.The organization facilitates access for disadvantaged clients, particularly women, to new resources and services, fostering solidarity and cooperation among its clients. Kiva lenders’ funds will enable Soro Yiriwaso to expand its outreach and target even more underserved Malians involved in business and agriculture.
