Le groupe Soro Yiriwa, composé de femmes mariées, ont en moyenne 38 ans, 4 enfants et vivent toutes dans des familles traditionnelles élargies dans la ville de Wakoro, Région de Koulikoro.
Elles se sont connues à travers des liens de parenté, de voisinage et d’amitié. Elles font le commerce de pâte d’arachide, de fruits, de légumes et font la restauration.
Les femmes du groupe Soro Yiriwa sont à leur quatrième prêt solidaire.
La cliente DADJI, personne au milieu dans le rang des debout, compte acheter 1 sac de 50Kg de riz et les condiments pour la restauration destinée aux clients du village surtout pendant les jours de foire.
Elle envisage réaliser un bénéfice moyen mensuel de 20 000FCFA qui sera utilisé pour les besoins de la famille et une partie est réinvestie dans l’activité de restauration.

Soro Yiriwaso is a microfinance institution that works primarily in rural and semi-urban areas of Mali to provide underprivileged communities with access to financial services.The organization facilitates access for disadvantaged clients, particularly women, to new resources and services, fostering solidarity and cooperation among its clients. Kiva lenders’ funds will enable Soro Yiriwaso to expand its outreach and target even more underserved Malians involved in business and agriculture.
