Rice is very popular staple food in Tajikistan. One of the most widely spread meals made of rice is called “plov”. “Plov” is cooked very often, moreover you can hardly find any family occasion which can be conducted without that delicious meal. There are various types of “plov”, and each depends upon the meat and the rice that are used for cooking. Mayngul is not only rice, but her clients seek her advice in which rice to choose for which recipe. She is requesting a loan of $600 for the term of 9 months.
